Three Cliffs Holistic Therapies is led by the founder and director Tina, a highly qualified and experienced holistic therapist. Specialising in Massage, Heat therapies, Facials, Reflexology, Oncology massage and reflexology, NLP Practitioner ( Neuro Linguistic Programming) , IEMT ( Integral Eye Movement therapy) and Meditation. Tina is fully insured and a member of the Federation of Holistic Therapists (FHT), The Association of Reflexologists (AOR) and the Association of IEMT Practitioners.
Based at the peaceful Three Cliffs Retreat in Parkmill, Gower, just a short walk from the famous Three Cliffs Beach. Tina provides personalised treatments that support both physical and emotional wellbeing. Every session is tailored to your individual needs in a calm, welcoming environment designed for deep relaxation and recovery.
